Polly, Dog n.3; Anook, Dog n.5 - UPDATES

Let's start with Polly. The dog that has been waiting for 2 months in the humane society was finally adopted (it seems every time I sit in a plane a dog gets adopted - first Harry, now Polly)... Polly took a while to get adopted because she had a bit of attitude issues (attacking people on bikes, carrying heavy objects and trying to grab people's hands with her mouth (not biting, but nibbling). And she barked a lot at random people... God knows what she has gone through before she came to Toronto. The other issue was that she had hip dysplasia at only a year and a half, which means it's likely for the other side to happen (soon) too - something some people don't want to go through with their pet. BUT now she has found her forever home. I am happy for her - I know she'll be happy there.

Anook, our little devilish impaler puppy... She was spayed just a day after we brought her back and I received an email saying that people are going through the adoption process with her right now. I knew it wouldn't take her long to find a place with that cute face - but if the people were convinced by her cute face they'll be in for a surprise... She can be SUCH a devil... But that's all puppies I guess.

Anyways - great day to wake up to. Both dogs adopted and Sam's arriving in Austria today.
